Press Release Author: Member Authority

Industry: Internet & Online

Press Release Summary: Earlier this week I made a trip to the Scottsdale offices of
Member Authority to meet with co-founder Allen Narkiewicz to talk about their newest
endeavor: developing online coaching programs for best-selling authors.

Press Release Body: We love it because we actually make people money," co-founder
Allen Narkiewicz said. He went on to explain the Member Authority model.

"We find companies or, most recently, best-selling authors who have lots of
customers or fans. We do everything for them from marketing, production, editing,
to billing and collections. They receive a new product that helps that fan base for
a service fee. The fans love it, the company or author loves it, and we love it. "

So why this business?

We all know that just about every company out there has a website. Even mom and pop
grocery stores seem to have sites these days. The trick is that only one in a
hundred sites actually bring in any revenue.

And those that do make money are not sure how to maintain their stake.

Take the ever-so popular Yahoo.com site. They have millions of visitors every year.
In fact, they are in the top ten of websites in terms of traffic. Even this
goliath has announced this morning that their revenue streams are decreasing.

Is the Member Authority model all hype?

So I asked Allen to show me some proof of success. He led me to one of their
current products. It's a program called the "Apprentice Program" on a site called
PurePointGolf.com.

Before Member Authority the site taught golfers how to play golf and the PurePoint
Golf Company's revenue streams were flat.

The current program gives members a learning curriculum - kind of like a syllabus
from college. Each week new videos, worksheets, and other learning media are
provided to the member. The members have to wait until the next week until they
receive more content so they are forced to learn, practice, and track their
progress. Needless to say, it was a very well-built program.

After Member Authority built and implemented the Apprentice Program the PurePoint
Golf Company's sales soared. For competitive reasons he wouldn't share specific
numbers with me; however he did share percentages. Not only did the initial sales
skyrocket, monthly revenue had stabilized from return members and continued to grow
from new subscriptions.

In a nutshell, they found, developed, and now deliver the formula for making money
on the web.

"I used to take company's money for consulting projects," said Mr. Narkiewicz. "Now
I make them money. It's a much better feeling."
